In May 2011, cameras captured quite a surprise for Montgomery County school kids, who were called in to court for truancy. A tough Texas Justice of the Peace skipped the slap on the wrist and sent them to jail. Some of their parents even found themselves in handcuffs for failing to keep the kids in school.
